Rules in Quran for Remarriage of Divorced Child Wives

The Quranic verse 2:228 indicates that after a divorce occurs, the divorced woman must wait at least 3 menstrual periods before remarriage. But as this verse failed to consider females who do not menstruate, Muhammad revealed verse 65:4, providing the rules for women too old for menstruation, GIRLS TOO YOUNG FOR MENSTRUATION, and women not menstruating due to pregnancy.  Verse 65:4 states:  "And if you are in doubt as to the prescribed period for such of your women as have despaired of monthly courses, then know that the prescribed period for them is three months, and also FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE THEIR MONTHLY COURSES YET. And as for those who are with child, their period shall be until they are delivered of their burden. And whoso fears Allah, He will provide facilities for him in his affair."
Our debate question is then: "If A GIRL IS MARRIED BEFORE REACHING MENARCHE, do you truly think that no physical or psychological problems would ever arise for her in life due to the marriage?

Not only does Islam allow child marriage, but to make matters worse, it permits sex with pre-pubescent wives!!! Verse 65:1-4 of the Quran describe the waiting period before any potential remarriage of a pre-pubescent girl. BUT Verse 33:29 states: "When you marry believing women and then divorce them BEFORE YOU HAVE TOUCHED THEM, no [waiting] period [iddat] have you to count in respect of them." Consequently, verse 65:4 applies only to pre-pubescent girls who have had sex, that is, who have been molested by Muslim men messed-up-in-the-head!!
Reinforcing this point even more is this Sahih Bukhari hadith, in which a guy gives a couple of verses from the Quran instead of a dowry: "Do you know some of the Quran (by heart)?" He said, 'Yes.' The Prophet said, 'Go, I have agreed to marry her to you with what you know of the Qur'an (as her Mahr).' 'And for those who have no courses (i.e. they are still immature). (65.4) And the 'Iddat [waiting period] for the GIRL BEFORE PUBERTY is three months (in the above Verse).' Sahih Bukhari (vol. 7, book 62, no. 63) Again, recall that there is no waiting period for child-brides who have not been molested.
