Contrasting Muhammad and Jesus:

Toward Enemies:
	Love your enemies! Matthew 5:44
Had killed those who insulted him.	Preached forgiveness.

Beheaded several hundred prisoners of war.	Never beheaded anyone.

Retaliation:  "And one who attacks you, attack him in like manner as he attacked you." (Quran 2:194)	Nonviolence: "But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also." (Matthew 5:39)

On Disbelievers:
Stated that disbelievers are the "worst of creatures" (Quran 98:6) & that in Allah's sight they are the "vilest of animals" (Quran 8:55)	Emphasized that God loves everyone (Romans 5:8, John 3:16)
On War and Peace:
"I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there  is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (Sahih Muslim 1:33). "O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find within you hardness." (Quran 9:123). "Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Who fights in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward." (Quran 4:74, Allah offers paradise to martyrs)	Sternly prohibited attacks on disbelievers (Luke 9:54-55). "'Put away your sword,' Jesus told him. 'Those who use the sword will die by the sword.'" (Matthew 26:52). "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God." (Matthew 5:9).
On Adultery & its Punishment:
Permitted his married men to commit adultery with female captives (that is rape them) (Sahih Muslim 8:3371, Sahih Bukhari 3:46:718, Abu Dawud 2150, Quran 70:29-30)	So I will cast her [the adulterer, Jezebel] on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways.  (Revelations, 2:22)
Prescribed flogging (100 stripes) for adulterers (Quran 24:2). [Hadiths demanding stoning are superseded by Quran]	While alive, refrained from punishing an adulterer, telling her to "go, and sin no more." (John 8:11)
On Mercy:
Oh you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find within you hardness." (Quran 9:123).	God blesses those who are merciful, for they shall be shown mercy.  (Matthew 5:7)
Directives on How best to live:
Emphasis on belief & struggle:  The best deeds are belief in Allah and jihad in His cause (Sahih Musilm, book 1, 149)	Emphasis on love: “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?”  And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment.  And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  (Matthew, 22, 36-39)
Moral Behavior:
Permitted stealing from unbelievers. (Sahih Bukhari, 44:668)	"Jesus said you shall not steal." (Matthew 19:18)
Encouraged the confiscation of property from defeated combatants, with Muhammad & Allah getting 20% (Quran 8 (chapter on "Booty"), verse 41)	Encouraged giving property to enemies:  "If anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, let him have your coat also." (Matthew 5:40)
Allowed his followers to lie: Sahih Bukhari provides an example: Maslama replied, "Do you like me to kill him?" The Prophet replied in the affirmative. Muhammad bin Maslama said, "Then allow me to say what I like." The Prophet replied, "I do".	"You shall not bear false witness" (Matthew 19:18)

On Committing Sins:
Committed sins (Quran 40:55) & will even commit sins in the future (Quran 48:2)	Allegedly committed no sins (2 Corinthians 5:21)
