Waiting for Creation of Universe From 2 Hands of Allah of Islam

In Quran 38:75, we learn that Allah has 2 hands (which he used to create the 1st human). With regards to The Creation of the Universe, why did it take so EXTREMELY long for one of his fingers to push a particular button:

The Quran indicates that "Allah is with the patient." [Quran 2:153] So Allah likes patience, both in himself and in others.
In waiting trillions of years to create the heavens & earth, Allah showed that no one is more patient than he is.
